We are here to provide you with Technology and tools that ensure your favorite items are forever within reach.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made there under as applicable and the amended provisions about electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. These electronic records are generated by a computer system and do not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published by the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name [www.____________.com] (“Website”) and mobile application, if any, (both hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).
The Platform is solely owned by Bytewave Science Private Limited, a Private Limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 173 F/F, New Rajdhani Enclave, Vikas Marg, East Delhi, New Delhi, India 110092. Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies that apply to the Platform for such transactions. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with Bytewave Science Private Limited and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with CONNECI.
For these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a service receiver on the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform as a Registered User using the computer systems. CONNECI allows the User to surf the Platform without registering on the Platform.
The terms "We", "Us", and "Our" shall mean CONNECI running under the ambit of Bytewave Science Private Limited. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by CONNECI Policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy available at Privacy) as amended from time to time.
“Act” means the Information Technology Act, of 2000.
“Child” means any person below the age of eighteen years.
“Digital Media” means digitized content that can be transmitted over the internet or computer networks and includes content received, stored, transmitted, edited or processed by
“Grievance” includes any complaint, whether regarding any content, any duties of an intermediary or publisher under the Act, or other matters about the computer resources of an intermediary or publisher as the case may be.
“Grievance Officer” means an officer appointed by the Intermediary or the Publisher, as the case may be, for applicable rules.
If You use the Platform, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete or not by this Terms of Use, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend terminate, or block your access to the Platform. If there is reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of your account, we may request You to change the password or we may suspend your account without any liability to CONNECI, for such period as we deem appropriate in the circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. In the event of a device being associated with multiple logins or sign-ups, as a measure to enhance customer security and privacy as well as safeguard your sensitive information from any potential risks, CONNECI sometimes considers moderating users and their association with devices while using the CONNECI app or website. Your mobile phone number is treated as Your primary identifier on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile phone number and your email address are up to date on the Platform at all times.
You agree to notify us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Platform through an OTP verification. You agree that CONNECI shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of the use or misuse of any information that occurs under your Account in cases, including, where You have failed to update Your revised mobile phone number and/or e-mail address on the Platform. You agree to immediately notify CONNECI of any unauthorized use/breach of your password or account. If you share or allow others to have access to your account on the Platform ("Account"), by creating separate profiles under your account, or otherwise, they will be able to view and access Your Account information, you shall be solely liable and responsible for all the activities undertaken under Your Account, and any consequences therefrom. If You have not accessed the Platform for 2 (Two) Years, your data (including transactional data) will be deleted from Our record and You will not be able to access such data. In case you cancel or withdraw your registration on our platform your data (including transactional data) will be retained with us for a period of One hundred and eighty days after the said cancellation or withdrawal.
Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, of 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the " CONNECI” and its website. As a minor, if you wish to use or transact on the website, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Website. “CONNECI” reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Platform if it is brought to CONNECI’s notice that you are under the age of 18 years.

In the case of lost items, anyone finding them can simply scan the QR code to establish a secure connection with the owner for a prompt and hassle-free return. Additionally, CONNECI extends its functionality to address broader community concerns, allowing users to notify vehicle owners in instances of inappropriate parking, road obstructions, or potential threats. This innovative approach not only streamlines the recovery of lost items but also fosters a collaborative environment where individuals actively contribute to community safety. CONNECI aims to make a significant impact by leveraging technology to create a more connected, responsible, and secure living experience for users.
By Rule 3(b) of The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, You agree, undertake and confirm that your use of the Platform shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information which:
You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause annoyance and inconvenience abuse any policy and rules of the company, and interrupt or cause to interrupt or damage the use by other Users of CONNECI.
You shall not use any false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead CONNECI by sharing multiple addresses and phone numbers or transacting with malafide intentions.
By accessing, viewing, and/or posting any user-generated content to any specific dedicated page on the Platform, you accept and consent to the practices described in these ‘Terms of Service’ and ‘Privacy Policies (www…………………) as well as any other terms of prescribed by the CONNECI on the Platform. You agree and undertake that when accessing, viewing, and/or posting any user-generated content on these pages You will not imitate, abuse, harass, any Customer/User or violate and exploit, any of these ‘Terms of Service’ of the Platform.
You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or another automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Platform or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Platform. We reserve Our right to bar any such activity.
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform or any server, computer, network, or any of the services offered on or through the Platform, by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate mean. You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations (including, but not limited to Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, Octroi, Service Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, Local Levies) regarding Your use of Our service.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed by the laws of India without reference to principles of conflict of laws will govern these terms or any dispute of any sort that might come between CONNECI and you or its business partners and associates and all disputes or concerns arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, forum, and applicable authorities at Delhi. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Delhi.
In no event shall CONNECI be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages resulting from:
CONNECI shall not be held responsible for the non-availability of the platform during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the platform. The User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded at CONNECI is done entirely at the User's discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their mobile or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. To the maximum extent that is permissible under law, CONNECI’s liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the Products purchased value bought by You. CONNECI shall not be liable for any dispute or disagreement between Users.
CONNECI, in no event, is or will be liable to User including the Reseller or anyone claiming through a User in respect of product or other User Transaction under contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated profits, whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty or negligence or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the use of or access of Platform.
CONNECI shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation any financial losses, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising from the use of Platform, or for any other claim related in any way to the use of the Application, including, but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Application/Platform or any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Application/Platform, even if advised of their possibility.
If an item tagged through CONNECI tags is not returned to its rightful owner by the person who found that item, CONNECI shall not bear any responsibility for the loss. The CONNECI serves solely as a platform for facilitating communication between individuals who have found lost items and those seeking to reclaim them. While every effort is made to encourage and facilitate the return of lost items, CONNECI cannot guarantee the actions or intentions of individuals who use its services. Therefore, users acknowledge and agree that any failure to recover a lost item through the CONNECI does not imply liability on the part of the CONNECI or its operators. Users are encouraged to exercise diligence and caution in their interactions and transactions conducted through the website. By using the services provided by CONNECI, users agree to release the website, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the loss of items not returned by the founders of that item.
Any price or rewards quoted by an individual in relation to a lost item on CONNECI is solely the responsibility of the quoting individual. The website does not take any responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, validity, or fulfillment of such quoted prices/rewards. Users of the CONNECI understand and acknowledge that any transactions or agreements made based on price quotations are conducted at their own risk.
The CONNECI serves solely as a platform for facilitating communication between individuals who have found lost items and those seeking to reclaim them. Therefore, the website, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any disputes, claims, or obligations arising from price/rewards quotations made by users.
Users are encouraged to exercise diligence and caution in their interactions and transactions conducted through the CONNECI. By using the services provided by CONNECI, users agree to release the website, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from price quotations related to lost items."
CONNECI may suspend or terminate your use of the platform or any of its Services if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have infringed, breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms of Service or anyway otherwise acted unethically.
Notwithstanding anything in this clause, these Terms of Service will survive indefinitely unless and until CONNECI chooses to terminate them. If You or CONNECI terminates your use of the Platform or any Service, CONNECI may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and the platform will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
However, your transaction details may be preserved by CONNECI for purposes of tax or regulatory compliance. CONNECI may unilaterally terminate Your account on any event as mentioned in the Terms of Use under point no. 7. User Conduct and Rules on the Platform.
If You use any false e-mail address or use the portal for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause annoyance and inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules of the company or mislead CONNECI by sharing multiple addresses and phone numbers or transacting with malafide intentions then CONNECI reserves the right to refuse access to the portal, terminate accounts including any linked accounts without notice to you.
This Platform is controlled and operated by “BYTEWAVE SCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED”. All material on this platform, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on this platform is solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other website or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Any use for which You receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for this clause.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless “BYTEWAVE SCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED”, its owner/s, partner/s, licensee, affiliates from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
If any dispute, controversy or claim arises under this Agreement or about CONNECI Platform or any of its services, including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement or T&Cs (hereinafter Dispute), the parties shall use all reasonable endeavors to resolve such Dispute amicably. If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute amicably within 30 days of the notice of such Dispute, CONNECI may elect to resolve any Dispute by binding arbitration by the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter Act).
Such Dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. You hereby agree to appoint that the Dispute shall be resolved by our sole arbitrator M/s Percept Corporate Services LLP, The seat of the arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of this arbitration shall be English. Either You or CONNECI may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi necessary to protect the rights or the property belonging to You or CONNECI (or any of our agents, suppliers, and subcontractors), pending the completion of arbitration.
Any arbitration shall be confidential, and neither You nor CONNECI may disclose the existence, content or results of any arbitration, except as may be required by law or for purposes of enforcing the arbitration award. All administrative fees and expenses of arbitration will be divided equally between You and CONNECI. In all arbitrations, each party will bear the expense of its lawyers and preparation. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
CONNECI may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by posting the date [Last Updated on] on our User Agreement or by any other means as required by the applicable laws.
